Job Description
About the Role:Our client, is looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Leader with a strong background in selling cutting-edge technology solutions such as AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Engineering. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving enterprise sales, building CXO-level relationships, and expanding business within Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and large enterprises.Candidates with hands-on experience working in the US or Europe and selling technology solutions in those markets will be strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business development and revenue growth for Digital Engineering, AI, Data, and Cloud solutions.- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships (CXO, CTO, CIO) across enterprise clients and GCCs.- Identify, develop, and close strategic deals with global enterprises, especially in the US and European markets.- Work closely with internal delivery and solution teams to position innovative technology solutions for clients.- Develop long-term account strategies to expand business opportunities and drive growth.- Represent the organization in high-value client engagements, strategic discussions, and negotiations.- Track market trends and identify opportunities in AI, Cloud, Data, and Digital Transformation initiatives.Preferred Candidate Profile:- 12-18 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or business development.- Proven track record in selling AI, Data, Cloud, Digital Engineering, or advanced technology solutions.- Experience working with or selling to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and large global enterprises.- Exposure to US/Europe markets, preferably candidates who have worked or lived there and built relationships locally.- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to engage at the executive leadership level.- Background from top-tier technology services or digital engineering companies preferred.- Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic sales skills.Why Join:This is a leadership opportunity to work with a high-growth digital engineering organization, driving transformation for global enterprises through AI, Cloud, and next-generation technology solutions.
