Associate - Customer Success & Operations - SaaS Platform (0-2 Yrs) Ahmedabad/Gujarat (After-Sales/Customer Service)

About the Role:We are looking for a Customer Success Associate who will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, implementation, and operational support for enterprise customers. This role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and usage of our SaaS platform.You will act as a bridge between clients, operations, and technical teams, helping ensure that customer requirements are implemented effectively while maintaining strong service standards.Key Responsibilities:- Support the execution and monitoring of operational processes to ensure efficient business operations- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Product, and Tech) to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements- Manage customer requests and worklists, ensuring prompt implementation and resolution- Work closely with the technical team to configure and implement the platform as per client requirements- Assist in client onboarding, training, and implementation of SaaS solutions- Track and monitor KPIs and operational metrics for implemented projects- Ensure adherence to defined processes, SLAs, and turnaround times- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency- Support troubleshooting of platform or implementation-related issues- Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for operational queries- Travel to client locations if required for training, implementation, or relationship buildingMandatory Requirements- 6 months - 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Operations, Implementation, or Client Coordination roles- Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology-driven operations, or enterprise platforms preferred- Strong experience in coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and ensuring process execution- Exposure to tracking KPIs, operational metrics, and SLA adherence- Experience working with technical teams for software/platform implementation or troubleshooting- Ability to manage customer communication and ensure strong client relationshipsEducation Requirement:Mandatory:If applying as a Fresher, the candidate must have completed an MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / LogisticsPreferred Background:- Exposure to Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics, Enterprise SaaS platforms, KPI dashboards, or operational analytics will be an added advantage- Candidates with experience in Logistics SaaS or Enterprise SaaS companies will be preferredWork Culture & Benefits:- Work with a young and intellectually curious team- Open work environment with a flat hierarchy- Strong focus on ownership, accountability, and recognition- Opportunity to work on enterprise client implementations and operational excellence (ref:updazz.com)
