Job Description
Role Overview:As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with our most strategic enterprise clients. Your day-to-day will involve understanding their business challenges, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring their continued success with our offerings. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver exceptional value and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. This role directly impacts our company s revenue, market share, and reputation by fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned enterprise clients, aligning with their business objectives and our company s growth targets.- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, building trust and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.- Proactively identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts by understanding their evolving needs and proposing relevant solutions.- Lead the sales process from initial engagement to contract closure, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions and negotiating favorable terms.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for enterprise clients, maximizing their satisfaction and retention.- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and overall account health.- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management, contributing to informed decision-making and resource allocation.- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions and maintain a competitive edge.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex enterprise accounts, exceeding revenue targets and building long-term relationships.- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in solutions sales, with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client business challenges and develop tailored solutions.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and market conditions.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment, with the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks while working both remotely and in the office.Contact: 8329499715/9503399715 (ref:updazz.com)
