The company operates through a network of strategically located stores, ensuring accessibility and convenience for its customers.Role Overview:The Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Marketing (BTL) will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to drive footfall, brand visibility, and customer engagement across V Mart stores. This role involves collaborating with regional marketing teams, vendors, and store operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and achievement of marketing objectives. The incumbent will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall business growth of V Mart.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.- Manage the execution of BTL activities, including in-store promotions, events, activations, and local advertising, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and budget.- Coordinate with regional marketing teams and store managers to ensure effective implementation of BTL campaigns and gather feedback for continuous improvement.- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of BTL activities and identify areas for optimization.- Manage relationships with vendors and agencies, including negotiation of contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely delivery of services.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for BTL marketing initiatives.- Monitor and control the BTL marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful BTL marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales growth.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.- Proven ability to analyze data, track key metrics, and prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.- Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.- A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and travel to different store locations as required.
