Job Description
Sales Executive - Educational SectorWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Educational Sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the government segment by developing relationships with PSUs, CSIR Laboratories, and other government institutions.The role involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in government tenders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of electronics or electrical products, and the ability to manage B2G sales processes.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets- Identify and acquire new government customers and institutions- Develop relationships with PSUs, CSIR labs, and government entities- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products- Participate in government tenders and procurement processes- Negotiate sales and service agreements with clients- Maintain client records and update sales reports- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship buildingRequired Skills:- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi- Good knowledge of electronics or electrical products- Experience in B2G sales and government tenders- Strong negotiation and convincing skills- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targetsBenefits:- 5 Days Working (Monday - Friday)- Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off- Health Insurance- PF, ESIC & Gratuity Benefits- Attractive Sales Incentives based on performance (ref:updazz.com)
