Godrej Properties - Channel Sales Role (6-14 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities:- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads- Develop annual sales strategy and achieve defined goals- Leverage sales tools to identify and nurture prospects- Collaborate closely with sales leadership- Source leads through direct methods and independently close sales for allotted projects- Identify and develop new partnerships and tie-ups- Maintain customer registration documentation and related paperwork- Create and maintain a database of channel partners and expand the CP network- Conduct partner visits and train their teams- Ensure regular follow-ups with customers to achieve sales targets- Maintain MIS records of channel performance- Comply with company guidelines and defined processes- Adhere to project timelines under dynamic market conditions- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives- Undertake process improvement activities within the work area- Travel extensively for market mapping (reiki) and new CP empanelment- Work on weekends (week-offs will be provided on weekdays) (ref:updazz.com)
