About the Client:Our client is a financial advisory organization dedicated to helping individuals make informed and goal-oriented financial decisions. The firm focuses on structured financial planning and disciplined investment strategies. With a strong client-first and ethical approach, they provide unbiased advisory and wealth management solutions primarily for salaried professionals, helping them build long-term financial stability and growth.Role: Client Relationship ManagerLocation: Faridabad, HaryanaExperience: 2 - 4 YearsEducation: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field.Role Overview:The role involves promoting and selling mutual funds, insurance products, and other financial investment solutions to individual clients. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to financial product sales and a strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of mutual funds and other financial investment products to meet business targets.- Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other outreach channels.- Guide clients on various investment options, market developments, and portfolio strategies.- Understand clients financial objectives and risk appetite to provide suitable investment recommendations.- Build strong and long-term client relationships by ensuring high levels of trust and service satisfaction.- Create and present customized investment proposals for prospective clients.- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client servicing.- Maintain accurate documentation of client communication and transactions in the CRM system.- Ensure all client interactions and advisory services comply with regulatory and ethical standards.Candidate Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.- NISM 5A certification will be an added advantage (not mandatory).- 2-4 years of experience in financial product sales, preferably mutual funds or investment advisory.- Good understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and regulatory guidelines.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools will be beneficial.
