Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Senior SEO Executive / SEO Manager to lead and scale our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate will combine deep SEO expertise with AI-powered automation skills, strong analytical ability, and leadership capabilities to drive measurable traffic and revenue growth. Key Roles & Responsibilities : Leadership & Strategy :- Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, content writers, and outreach specialists.- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.- Own organic traffic KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.- Stay ahead of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI-driven changes impacting rankings. Technical & On-Page SEO :- Conduct deep technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, CWV, schema, etc.).- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Development teams to implement technical fixes.- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, internal linking, structured data, and content architecture.- Ensure compliance with E-E-A-T principles and modern ranking signals. Content & AI Integration :- Develop keyword strategies aligned with search intent and business goals.- Oversee creation of high-quality, search-optimized content.- Integrate AI tools like OpenAI s ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Frase, Jasper, and Anthropic (Claude) to streamline SEO workflows.- Design scalable SEO automation workflows using AI agents, Google Sheets automation, and Zapier. Analytics & Performance :- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, As, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog SEO Spider for tracking, insights, and reporting.- Conduct competitor analysis, backlink audits, and content gap assessments.- Monitor Core Web Vitals, schema implementation, and CRO performance metrics. Required Skills & Competencies : Core Skills & Experience :- Proven track record of significantly scaling organic traffic in competitive niches.- Deep expertise in Technical, On-page, Off-page, Local, and Content SEO.- Strong experience with AI-powered SEO tools and automation frameworks.- Working knowledge of APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation pipelines.- Ability to write, edit, and evaluate high-performing SEO content.- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.- Familiarity with CRO strategies, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
