This is a builder s role - not a maintenance role. The Regional Sales Manager will drive hospital penetration, strengthen distributor effectiveness, and ensure predictable, high-quality revenue growth.Key Outcomes (Success Metrics)- Deliver 3-5x regional revenue growth aligned to aggressive expansion plans- Expand presence across hospitals and dialysis centers in assigned geography- Improve distributor productivity and regional market penetration- Establish structured sales discipline, forecasting, and execution rhythm- Build strong relationships with nephrologists, hospital administrators, and procurement teamsKey Responsibilities1.
