Build and lead the overall online growth charter across Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and others), and D2C (peesafe.com).2. Define and deliver aggressive growth targets - revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.3. Develop an integrated growth roadmap balancing short-term performance with long-term brand equity.Operations & Performance:1. Oversee digital P&L across online channels, ensuring strong ROI on marketing spends and efficient contribution margins.2. Drive data-led decision making with deep insights into CAC, LTV, channel ROI, repeat, and funnel optimisation.3. Partner with tech, product, and analytics teams to enhance customer experience and conversion on D2C platforms.4. Oversee end-to-end digital operations - product listings, supply availability, pricing integrity, SLA adherence, and order fulfilment performance across platforms.5. Collaborate with supply-chain and warehousing teams to ensure demand planning, inventory health, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.6.
