You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals over the phone. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to expand our client base and solidify our position as a leader in the sales and marketing solutions industry.Key Responsibilities:- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, leveraging provided databases and conducting independent research to identify potential clients.- Present Target Peak s solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and addressing their specific needs to drive interest.- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication to maximize conversion rates.- Close sales deals by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and securing commitments from clients to achieve individual and team targets.- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, and deal progress, in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and facilitate reporting.Required Skillset:- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals through effective communication and persuasion.- Strong product knowledge and the capacity to articulate the value proposition of complex solutions clearly and concisely.- Excellent objection handling skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively.- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Adaptable to working on-site in Mumbai.Experience: 0 - 2 yearsTags: Sales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Product Knowledge, Closing Techniques, Customer Service, Objection Handling (ref:updazz.com)
