Animator - EdTech (2-4 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Content/Design)

We require an E-Learning Animator.Experience: - Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in creating Flash Animations and videos preferably in the EdTech/ Education/ E-Learning sector (NOT HIRING FRESHERS)- He/ she should have a good sense of background design, and colours, can make model sheets and characters and have a good hand in flash animation (character and object).Work from office - 5 Days, GurugramSkills Required for E-Learning Animation:- Good knowledge of character anatomy and excellent animation skills for our e-learning projects.- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet frequent deadlines.- Good knowledge of Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Sound Forge, After Effects and video editing software. Exposure to 2D/3D character modelling and Animation in flash.- Able to create an animation as per textual or visual storyboards.- Knowledge of scripting in Flash.- Able to make 2D/3D Characters, Backgrounds & Animation in Adobe Flash CS6.- Knowledge of making character and character poses with expression.- Must have a good working knowledge of relevant graphics.- Have a good understanding of the principles of animation.Day-to-day responsibilities include:- Bring 2D/3D characters as well as non-living objects to life with motion and emotion.- Create interesting stylized and abstract compositions.- Using a broad range of 2D/3D Animation and 2D/3D Motion Graphics abilities.- Work with team members to identify and solve problems, both technically and artistically.- Brainstorm ideas and innovative solutions with our team.Requirements:- Good drawing skills with a sense of storytelling, staging, composition, timing and character acting.- Be responsible and be able to manage time and meet deadlines.- Experience with character animation including lip-syncing and key posing/blocking in an Animation environment.- Good knowledge of animation workflows, character rigs and storyboard interpretation.- A positively focused approach to work, flexibility and ability to be responsive to change.- Hands-on experience in Adobe Flash is mandatory- Work experience on multiple assignments and projects in a full-time role- Hands-on experience and knowledge in various design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, and After Effects will be required- Experience in editing video files in Flash including editing audio, visual elements, and screen text and creating the final output as per the requirements- Coordination skills to interact with Graphic designers, and team members within and across teams to deliver the work within the agreed timelines (ref:updazz.com)
