With a strong presence in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and building long-term relationships with our customers.Role Overview:As a Sales & Service Executive based in Thane, you will be responsible for driving sales of our security solutions and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of building strong client relationships and contributing to the company s growth.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research, to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.- Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand client s security requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships to ensure customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and efficient installation and maintenance of security systems.- Provide excellent after-sales service and support to clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues promptly.- Renew Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with existing clients to ensure continued service and generate recurring revenue.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service requests in the CRM system to track performance and improve efficiency.- Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients and maintain a competitive edge.Required Skillset:The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to:- Effectively communicate and present information to clients, both verbally and in writing.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.- Negotiate effectively to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.- Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.- Solve problems creatively and effectively, addressing client concerns and resolving technical issues.- Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.- Possess 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the security solutions industry.- Hold a Bachelor s degree in any discipline.- Be comfortable working on-site in Thane and surrounding areas.
