Manager - Marketing - Fragrance (3-5 Yrs) Indore/MP (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies to drive brand growth, channel expansion, and customer engagement across domestic and international markets.
-Develop and implement 360- marketing strategies for perfume product lines - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity - Lead new product launches, from concept to shelf, including packaging, pricing, and promotion - Manage ATL/BTL campaigns, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing initiatives - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners - Monitor and analyse campaign performance using CRM tools and data analytics platforms- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing with fragrance innovation - Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Required Skills & Competencies - In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour in the fragrance or FMCG sector - Strong sales and negotiation capabilities to support channel growth - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools - Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong analytical abilities - Familiarity with packaging trends, especially in luxury or personal care products Preferred Attributes - Experience in perfume, cosmetics, or personal care industries - Experience in working in both B2B and B2C segments.
