We are looking for a high driven Leadership personnel with strong team lead management skills who is eager to excel in a results-oriented environment.Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and proficient Leader for our Real Estate Sales team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring that they meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of the real estate market preferred in Gurugram, excellent leadership skills, People management skills and the ability to drive results.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.- A master s degree or MBA will be an added advantage.- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Gurugram is Preferred.- Total 10 yrs of experience with minimum of 4 years of exposure in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role..- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Should have experience in handling a team of at least 5-6 full-time employees- Proven ability to manage team performance, workflow allocation, and day-to-day operations- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing team membersSkills:- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- In-depth knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market and property trends.- Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive sales decisions.- High level of motivation and the ability to work under pressure.- Ability to motivate team positively to follow policy and procedure & SOPsKey Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Management:- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.- Set clear sales targets and ensure team members are equipped to meet them.- Monitor the team s performance and provide regular feedback and evaluations.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.People Management:- Cultivate a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.- Oversee team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary which involves grievance handling.- Actively engage in resolving team issues and maintaining high morale among team members.- Identify individual strengths and areas for improvement to provide tailored coaching and development opportunities.- Promote a culture of continuous learning and ensure that team members are aligned with organizational goals and values.Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the Gurugram real estate market.- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for new business and expanding relationships with existing clients.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and prospects.- Assist team members in closing deals and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Reporting & Analytics:- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics to track team progress against goals.- Analyse sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.Process Improvement:- Continuously improve the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead conversion.Benefits to employees: - Robust incentive Scheme- Provident Fund (If Applicable)- Paid Leaves Festival Holidays- Medical Insurance Personal Accident Insurance- Maternity and Paternity leaves- R &R Rewards to best-performing employees (ref:updazz.com)
