Role Overview:We are looking for a high-ownership Marketing Generalist who can drive enterprise-focused marketing initiatives across content, brand visibility, and customer storytelling.In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Key Account Management (KAM), Product, Content, and Design teams to build compelling narratives around our customers, create high-impact marketing assets, and amplify our brand across relevant channels and industry platforms.The ideal candidate is proactive, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment, with a strong ability to translate customer insights into powerful marketing stories.Enterprise Content & Storytelling- Develop enterprise-focused use cases, customer success stories, and case studies by collaborating with Sales, KAM, and customers.- Translate customer conversations and business impact into compelling storytelling assets.- Work with content and design teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral including decks, one-pagers, and social creatives.- Lead customer-first content initiatives such as testimonials, podcasts, interviews, and case study programs.Account-Based & Customer Marketing- Partner with the KAM team to develop account-specific content for key customers.- Support customer advocacy programs by building narratives that highlight measurable impact and ROI.Brand Visibility & Thought Leadership- Support founder and leadership positioning through thought leadership content including articles, posts, and industry commentary.- Actively participate in relevant industry communities, forums, and conversations to strengthen brand presence.Content Distribution & Growth- Drive organic growth through content distribution, outreach, and third-party placements.- Use AI tools to support content creation, outreach, and distribution workflows.- Manage social media presence across channels using scheduling and automation platforms.Website & Content Operations- Operate and manage the CMS for publishing blogs, case studies, and content updates.- Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across digital platforms.Events & Industry Presence- Identify and evaluate high-impact industry events, conferences, and awards opportunities.- Prepare event collateral including brochures, presentations, booth creatives, and case study materials.- Track and report brand visibility and engagement metrics post events.
