Social Media/Content Professional (3-6 Yrs) Delhi NCR (Content/Design)

Key Responsibilities :Content Strategy : - Develop and execute a data-driven social media content strategy aligned with brand and business goals - Define content pillars, narratives, and formats that reflect brand positioning - Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars with clear objectives and KPIs - Identify platform trends, content opportunities, and cultural momentsSocial Media Management : - Manage daily operations across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) - Write captions, manage posting schedules, hashtags, and community engagement - Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns and messaging - Monitor platform performance and optimise content based on insightsDesign & Creative Execution : - Design high-quality, scroll-stopping creatives for social platforms (static posts, carousels, basic motion/video assets) - Create platform-native visual content tailored to each channel - Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines - Use professional design tools including: - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe InDesign (where applicable) - Figma / Canva for rapid content execution - Coordinate with external designers or agencies for advanced creative or campaign-level workAnalytics & Optimisation : - Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, growth, CTRs, and conversions - Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations - Continuously test formats, messaging, and design styles to improve resultsRequired Skills & Experience :- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools - Solid visual sensibility with an understanding of typography, layout, and color - Ability to translate strategy into clear, compelling visual content - Strong copywriting and storytelling skills - Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics toolsPreferred Qualifications : - Experience working with brands, founders offices, agencies, or fast-growing companies - Basic video editing or motion graphics experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) - Understanding of content-led growth and performance marketing - Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision (ref:updazz.com)
