Tender Manager (10-20 Yrs) Kolkata (Pre-Sales)

1. Tender & Bid Management :- Identification and evaluation of tender opportunities- Preparation of technical and commercial bid documents- Handling international bid preparation and submission- Ensuring compliance with tender specifications and guidelines- Preparation of cost sheets and coordination for pricing inputs2. Documentation & Submission :- Compilation of complete tender documents (technical & commercial)- Online and offline bid submissions within deadlines- Preparation of deviation statements and compliance sheets- Maintaining tender records and documentation3. Coordination & Follow-Up :- Coordination with Technical, Sales, Finance, and Management teams- Liaison with clients for tender-related clarifications- Tracking bid status and follow-up for results- Supporting post-bid negotiations and order finalizationRequired Skills :- Strong experience in tendering, bidding & coordination- Exposure to international bid preparation and submission- Good understanding of technical and commercial documentation- Strong communication and follow-up skills- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)Salary: Upto 10Lpa (ref:updazz.com)
