Job Description
We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality consumer electronics and seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead market penetration, drive revenue growth, and establish a strong brand presence across UP.The product portfolio includes Earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, Headphones, Ear Phones, Charging cables, and other mobile accessories.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.- Expand product reach across UP, ensuring availability in all major markets.- Promote and position our client as a competitive brand in the consumer electronics industry.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.- Lead negotiations and close deals with key partners.- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand awareness.Requirements, Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 5-8 years of proven experience in sales management within the consumer electronics industry, specifically handling products such as Earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, Headphones, Ear Phones, Charging cables, and other mobile accessories.- Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in UP.- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Personality & Traits:- Target-oriented and revenue-driven mindset.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for brand building.- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
