Job OverviewAs a Business Development Associate, you will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them on how Scaler s programs can help them upskill and transition into high-growth tech roles. The role is target-driven and customer-focused.Key Responsibilities- Reach out to prospective learners via calls, emails, and digital channels- Understand career aspirations and recommend suitable Scaler programs- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the enrollment journey- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM- Provide a consultative, learner-first sales experience- Stay updated on tech trends and Scaler offeringsEligibility & SkillsExperience: 1-6 years in Sales / Business Development / Inside SalesEducation: Graduate in any stream (B.Tech preferred)Excellent English communication (verbal & written)- Strong sales mindset with a passion for target achievement- Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach- Experience in EdTech, IT services, or high-ticket sales (>- 50K) is a plus (ref:updazz.com)
