The company operates through a network of retail stores and online platforms, catering to athletes and sports enthusiasts of all levels.Role Overview :As the Asst Manager - Digital Marketing at XTEP, you will be instrumental in driving the brand s digital presence and engagement across various online channels. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, external agencies, and cross-functional departments to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and ultimately boosting sales within the Indian market.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives to enhance brand visibility and market share.- Manage and optimize social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to increase follower engagement and drive brand advocacy.- Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to attract and retain target audiences.- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to create authentic content and amplify brand messaging to a wider audience.- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media to maximize ROI and achieve specific marketing goals.- Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.- Oversee CRM activities, including email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation, to nurture leads and drive customer loyalty.- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and creative execution across all digital channels.- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies across various online channels.- Proven expertise in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving follower growth.- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to create compelling and informative content.- Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns and building relationships with key influencers.- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track performance and identify insights.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
