This role involves building strong relationships with dental professionals, promoting Megagen s implant solutions, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption, ultimately contributing to the company s overall success in the Indian market.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.- Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and dental professionals to promote Megagen s implant solutions.- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for dental professionals to enhance their understanding and adoption of Megagen products.- Manage and support a network of distributors and dealers to ensure effective market coverage and customer service.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to the management team.- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and workshops to promote Megagen s brand and products.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the dental or medical device industry.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.- Strong presentation and training skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits.- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of distributors or dealers.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental implant industry.
