Job Summary Microorbit is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. Sales Executive to join our growing International BPO Voice team. This is a key sales position focused on outbound calls to the Canadian market, lead generation, customer acquisition, and deal closure. Key Responsibilities - Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, lead generation, and research.
-Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
-Negotiate pricing and terms with prospective clients to close sales successfully.
-Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
-Stay up to date with market trends, industry insights, and competitive offerings to position our services effectively.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools and provide regular reports to the management.Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, preferably in international BPO or a voice-based sales process.
-Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
