We partner with medium and large IT organisations to deliver pipeline growth through validated, high-quality opportunities.Role Overview- The Content & Marketing Manager leads the creation, management, and optimisation of content and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand growth. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic planning across multiple channels, including website content, email marketing, SEO, social media, paid advertising, guest posts, and affiliate programmes.- Key tasks include managing content production and publishing, driving email campaigns with compliance across regions, coordinating contributor relationships, developing SEO strategies, and optimising paid media performance. This role demands strong collaboration with vendors, internal teams, and external partners while tracking analytics and delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.- Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments managing diverse marketing functions with creativity, data-driven decision-making, leadership skills, and adaptability to evolving digital trends. This is a high-impact role requiring ownership, strong multitasking, and a blend of strategic and operational capabilities to support Demand Media s BPM global marketing goals.Key Responsibilities :1. Content & Operations :- Manage content uploading, publishing, and news tracking across all Demand Media-owned Tech publication sites using CMS- Proofread and approve website content, graphics, and creative assets for quality and brand compliance- Manage content vendors and maintain branding guidelines2. Affiliate Marketing :- Manage affiliate programs and partner recruitment run via Tech platforms- Track affiliate performance and ROI- Optimize commission structures and promotional campaigns3. Guest Posts & Interviews :- Lead guest post-acquisition and interview outreach initiatives- Manage sponsored content partnerships and media communications- Support Demand Media s outdoor events and internal marketing initiatives4.SEO & Organic Growth :- Develop SEO strategies using SEMrush for keyword research and optimization- Monitor and report on organic search traffic and rankings across all sites- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices5.Email Marketing & Lead Generation :- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to generate MQLs- Create and optimize newsletters with A/B testing and automation workflows- Manage unsubscribe lists and ensure compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) across US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC6.Social Media Management :- Create and schedule content across social platforms- Manage community engagement and analytics reporting- Build social media strategy aligned with lead generation goals7.Paid Media & Advertising :- Execute campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms- Manage advertising budgets and optimize ROAS- Conduct A/B testing on creative ads and targeting8.Analytics & Reporting :- Monitor website traffic, email performance, social media metrics, and paid media ROI- Generate comprehensive performance reports across all channels and regions- Maintain data quality and provide actionable insightsQualifications & Experience :- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or SEO-focused roles focused on owning Tech Publications.- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills proficient in English- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization- Experience managing content via CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal- Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and automation workflows- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush)- Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaignsGood to Have Qualifications and Experience :- Background in journalism, creative writing, or editorial roles- Experience leading or managing a content marketing or social media team- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems- Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing programs and partnership management- Knowledge of UX principles and basic web design concepts- Experience coordinating marketing events or media partnershipsWhat We Offer :- A leadership role in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.- Depending upon geography, you and your family might be eligible to be covered under DM Group medical Insurance policy.- Opportunity to directly build and scale the sales function.- Competitive, performance-driven compensation (salary is no constraint for the right candidate).- Global exposure to enterprise IT markets.- A results-oriented, collaborative, and innovative wor...
