Founded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, the company is focused on building a modern, honest housing experience.Role Overview :The Jr. Sales Enablement Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing them with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. This role involves working closely with sales operations, presales, and marketing teams to create and maintain sales enablement content, manage the CRM system, and track key performance indicators. The ultimate goal is to improve sales productivity, shorten sales cycles, and increase win rates.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain sales enablement content, including presentations, case studies, and product demos, to equip the sales team with compelling materials.- Manage and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate data and efficient sales processes.- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.- Collaborate with the presales team to develop and deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.- Support the sales team with training and onboarding programs to ensure they are proficient in using sales tools and techniques.- Analyze sales data and provide insights to sales leadership to inform strategic decision-making.- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices to improve sales efficiency.- Gather feedback from the sales team to identify areas where sales enablement can be improved.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging sales enablement content.- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working in a hybrid work model (Mumbai/Gurgaon).
