We re Hiring | Influencer Marketing Operations Location: Gurgaon Role: Executive / Senior Executive (based on experience) Experience: 1 Year- If you enjoy working with creators, managing campaign operations, and making sure influencer campaigns run smoothly behind the scenes - this role is for you.- We re looking for someone who can coordinate with creators, manage deliverables, and keep campaign operations running seamlessly. What You ll Be Doing : Campaign Operations :- Support execution of influencer campaigns by coordinating with 50 creators- Track campaign timelines and ensure 4 deliverables per creator every month- Ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish Creator Coordination- Assist with creator onboarding, brief sharing, and follow-ups- Maintain regular communication with creators for timely submissions- Resolve creator queries during campaigns Deliverable & Tracker Management- Maintain daily trackers for submissions, approvals, and timelines- Coordinate internally to ensure no delays in approvals or publishing Internal Collaboration- Work closely with content, reporting, and operations teams- Support preparation of weekly reports and campaign updates Quality Checks :- Ensure submitted content follows campaign briefs and guidelines- Maintain proper documentation of creator data and submissions What We re Looking For :- 1 year experience in Influencer Marketing / Campaign Operations / Creator Management- Strong communication and coordination skills- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Comfortable managing multiple creators and deadlines- Experience with Google Sheets / campaign trackers (ref:updazz.com)
