Job Description
Role overview :- As a Content Strategist & Brand Marketing lead, you will drive end-to-end creative strategy across performance marketing, organic social, influencer collaborations, and platform campaigns. From crafting high-converting Meta ads to building relatable, trust-led content for Indian cat parents, your work will directly impact growth, engagement, and brand recall. You ll work closely with the founders and performance team to turn insights into scalable content systems, blending creativity with numbers.- This role is ideal for someone who loves building from zero to one, who enjoys experimenting with hooks, testing angles, spotting trends early, and creating campaigns that people remember. If you want to build a modern D2C brand that sits at the intersection of content, community, and commerce.Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing Creatives- Lead the creative strategy for paid marketing across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart).- Conceptualise, script, and execute high-converting performance creatives (UGC-style, problem-solution, testimonial-led, education-led, founder-led, offer-led formats).- Translate consumer triggers, objections, and insights into powerful hooks, angles, and content formats tailored for Reels, Shorts, carousels, and UGC.- Work closely with the performance team to optimise based on CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop ratio, CVR, ROAS, and CAC.- Lead campaign creatives for product launches, sales events, and platform activations (Prime Day, festive campaigns, Shark Tank moments, etc.).- Collaborate with marketing teams at Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart on co-branded performance and visibility campaigns.- Own marketplace creative optimisation (Amazon, Flipkart, Supertails), including listing creatives, A storytelling, and conversion-focused assets2. Organic Social & Brand Building- Own and lead Instagram content strategy: reels, carousels, education-led content, and community-first storytelling.- Develop high-engagement, trust-building content tailored for modern Indian cat parents.- Build compelling storytelling around the founder journey, Shark Tank, customer testimonials, and brand milestones.- Convert customer DMs, reviews, and testimonials into authentic brand narratives.- Build repeatable content pillars (nutrition education, myth-busting, founder journey, cat health wins, community love)- Conceptualise and execute large brand moments (Prime Day, Valentine s, Summer campaigns, Shark Tank leverage, etc.).- Work closely with the Marketing teams of Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart to plan and execute collab viral social media campaigns.- Manage community engagement, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach of the campaigns- Collaborate with influencers and creators to drive authentic, performance-backed storytelling.- Lead and manage the social media manager, video editors, and graphic designers to execute campaigns end-to-end.- Creative engine across performance marketing brand creators organic social.
