VisiLean - Graphic Designer (2-6 Yrs) Ahmedabad (Content/Design)

Key Responsibilities- Conceptualise and design visuals based on marketing and business requirements- Ensure strong adherence to brand guidelines and visual consistency across all assets- Create design assets for case studies, blogs, social media, websites, eBooks, infographics, and other marketing collateral- Design case study creatives that clearly communicate data, outcomes, and key results- Develop social media creatives across multiple platforms with platform-specific formats- Handle reposts and shared content while maintaining quality and proper attribution- Design blog post featured images and supporting in-content graphics- Create event creatives including standees, backdrops, and other large-format assets- Design assets for both digital and print mediums, including large format printing- Collaborate with UI/UX teams on wireframes, icons, and design updates- Amend designs based on feedback and iterate efficiently- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting timelines and deadlinesRequired Skills and Experience- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy- Ability to create clean, professional, and scalable design templates- Experience designing case study creatives with a focus on clarity and outcomes- Proven ability to design social media posts across multiple platforms- Experience handling reposts and shared content professionally- Strong knowledge of platform-specific sizes, formats, and best practices- Hands-on experience with event creatives such as standees and backdrops- Ability to design for both digital assets and large-format print requirements- High attention to detail with a focus on quality output- Ability to manage multiple design requirements and deadlines effectively- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw, orequivalentQualifications- Any Graduate or Bachelor of Fine Arts- 2 years of relevant graphic design experienceAdded Advantage- Experience in digital marketing- Hands-on experience with video editing tools or software- Working knowledge of After Effects- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and effective copywritingKey Tools and TechnologiesPhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, After Effects, graphic design and video editing tools (ref:updazz.com)
