Job Description : Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for Visilean s digital channels. The role focuses on construction management, production control, and best practices in planning and delivery, with content aligned to Visilean s brand voice and business objectives.Key Responsibilities :Content Creation :Create compelling content across multiple formats and platforms, including :- Website pages and landing pages- Blogs and thought leadership articles- Social media content- Email newsletters and campaigns- Whitepapers, case studies, and product collateralContent should simplify complex construction and production control concepts for a professional audience while highlighting Visilean s value proposition.Research & Insights :- Conduct in-depth research on construction industry trends, lean construction, production planning, digital construction, and emerging technologies- Translate technical concepts into clear, audience-focused narrativesContent Planning & Collaboration :- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to build and execute content calendars- Align content topics with audience needs, campaign goals, and the buyer journeyEditing & Quality Control :- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines- Ensure all content meets high standards of grammar, tone, and structureSEO Optimization : - Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking, to improve search visibility and organic trafficContent Distribution :- Support content distribution across owned and third-party channels such as social media, email campaigns, partner platforms, and industry publicationsPerformance Analysis :- Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools- Use insights to continuously optimize content for engagement, lead generation, and conversionsQualifications & Skills :- Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)- 2 years of experience writing B2B content for the construction, engineering, or SaaS industry- Strong understanding of construction terminology, workflows, and project delivery concepts- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail- Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, engaging content- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyNice to Have :- Experience with SEO and content performance optimization- Familiarity with social media and email marketing- Experience using content management systems (CMS) (ref:updazz.com)
