Key Account Executive/Senior Executive/Manager - Sales - ECommerce (5-8 Yrs) Navi Mumbai/Mumbai (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Role Overview:We are looking for a performance-driven Ecommerce professional to manage and grow online marketplace business across key platforms. The role will focus on driving sales growth, optimizing product visibility, executing platform campaigns, and ensuring seamless marketplace operations.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve online sales and revenue targets across ecommerce marketplaces.- Manage product listings, content accuracy, pricing, and stock availability.- Plan and execute platform promotions, offers, and campaign activities.- Improve product visibility, conversion rates, and ROAS through data-driven actions.- Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and promotional strategies.- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure order fulfillment and service levels.- Track daily/weekly sales performance and prepare analytical reports.- Work closely with marketing teams for banner visibility and campaign execution.- Maintain marketplace hygiene including ratings, reviews, and customer satisfaction metrics.Preferred Platforms Exposure:Amazon | Flipkart | Blinkit | Zepto | BigBasket | Nykaa | Jiomart (or similar marketplaces)Key Requirements:- Experience in Ecommerce / Marketplace account management (FMCG preferred).- Strong understanding of online sales metrics, pricing, and campaign execution.- Hands-on experience with marketplace dashboards and analytics.- Strong analytical and coordination skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
