The role requires hands-on leadership, strong enterprise sales expertise, and proven experience in selling Cyber Security solutions. Candidates without direct Cyber Security sales experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Revenue Ownership:- Own end-to-end regional revenue targets for Cyber Security business- Lead and manage senior sales managers and enterprise sales teams- Define regional sales strategy and execution plans- Drive large, complex enterprise deal closuresCyber Security Sales Execution:- Sell Cyber Security solutions including Network, Cloud, Endpoint, Application Security, and SOC services- Engage with CXOs, CISOs, and senior IT stakeholders- Work closely with presales and technical teams for solutioningTeam & Performance Management:- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing Cyber Security sales teams- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent target achievement- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and capability buildingMarket & Business Growth:- Identify new enterprise opportunities and strategic accounts- Strengthen presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru enterprise markets- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadershipMandatory Requirements:- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales (mandatory)- Minimum 5 years in Cyber Security sales (mandatory)- Proven leadership experience managing regional or enterprise sales teams- Strong track record of closing high-value Cyber Security dealsEducation:- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferredIdeal Candidate Profile:- Senior sales leader from Cyber Security domain only- Strong enterprise relationships and CXO connects- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset- Comfortable working in a Work From Office setup (ref:updazz.com)
