You will collaborate closely with the marketing, brand, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all social media channels. Your work will directly impact our ability to connect with consumers, build brand loyalty, and achieve our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.- Manage and maintain all social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.- Analyze social media data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns.- Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner to build brand loyalty and community.- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media technologies and best practices to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media marketing strategies.- Proven experience in managing social media channels and creating engaging content for a consumer audience.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.- Experience with social media advertising platforms and campaign optimization.- A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.- 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
