The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both strategy and execution, and have a strong understanding of performance marketing through email.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product updates, drip campaigns, etc.)- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: ideation, copy, design coordination, execution, and analysis- Build and optimize automated email flows (welcome, onboarding, retention, re-engagement)- Segment audiences and personalize communication for better engagement and conversions- A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance- Monitor key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact- Ensure email deliverability and maintain database hygiene- Collaborate with content, design, and growth teamsRequirements:- Proven experience in email marketing (preferably for SaaS or e-commerce)- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversions- Hands-on experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)- Understanding of customer lifecycle, funnels, and retention strategies- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns- Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesGood to Have:- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools- Basic understanding of HTML for email- Experience in growth marketing or performance marketingWhat We re Looking For :- Ownership mindset- Strong execution speed- Attention to detail- Clear communicationWhy Join Us :- Work closely with the founding team- High ownership and impact- Fast-paced, learning-driven environment- Performance incentives tied to outcomes (ref:updazz.com)
