Job Summary:We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented ORM (Online Reputation Management) professionals at Trainee, Executive, and Sr. Executive levels. The role involves monitoring, reporting, responding, and analyzing digital conversations for the brand. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, familiarity with reporting, and the ability to interpret public sentiment across digital platforms.Location: Chandigarh (On site)Experience: 0-5 years (Reporting, analytics & insights background preferred)Language Requirement: Strong command of Punjabi & Gurmukhi script, along with English and HindiKey responsibilities:- Monitor social media platforms, online forums, news portals, and digital channels for relevant conversations.
-Track public sentiment, feedback, complaints, misinformation, and emerging issues.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint with clear insights and visual summaries.
-Provide timely alerts on trending conversations that require attention or communication intervention.
-Analyze patterns in social chatter and recommend actionable insights to internal teams.
-Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, client servicing) for response strategies.
-Respond to user queries and comments as per approved communication guidelines (if required).
-Maintain trackers, logs, and documentation for ORM activities.
-Review and interpret Punjabi-language conversations accurately using Punjabi & Gurmukhi script.
-Ensure consistency, accuracy, and cultural relevance in all ORM communication.Key Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
-Experience range: Trainee: 0-1 year, Executive: 1-3 years, Sr. Executive: 3-5 years- Prior experience in ORM, reporting, analytics, or social media monitoring is preferred.
-Strong working knowledge of: Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) & PowerPoint (structured decks, visual storytelling)- Social listening or ORM tools (preferred but not mandatory)- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert raw data into insights.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
