Job Title: Management Trainee - Global IT Sales (MBA Freshers) Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru, India (Work From Office) Experience: 0-1 year (MBA Freshers) Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days About Estuate:Estuate is a global IT services organization delivering digital transformation solutions across AI, cloud, ERP, and analytics to enterprise customers worldwide. With over 20 years of presence and 400 global clients, Estuate works with leading ISV partners across the US, Europe, and APAC.Role Summary:We are looking for MBA graduates who aspire to build a career in Global IT Sales and Business Development. This role is designed as a management trainee program, offering structured exposure to enterprise IT services sales, global client engagement, and consultative selling.You will work closely with senior sales leaders and gain hands-on experience in lead generation. client interaction, proposal support, and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:- Support lead generation and market research across global regions (US, Europe, APAC).
-Assist in identifying target accounts and decision-makers using LinkedIn and sales tools.
-Participate in client discovery calls and sales discussions to understand business needs.
-Prepare sales decks, proposals, and business presentations with guidance from senior team members.- Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales reports.
-Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for solution alignment.
-Learn and articulate Estuate s offerings in AI, Cloud, ERP, Analytics, and Digital Transformation.
-Attend structured training programs on IT services, consultative selling, and enterprise sales.Required Qualifications:- MBA (Marketing / Sales / International Business / Business Analytics) - Mandatory - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-High learning agility with interest in technology-driven consulting sales.
-Analytical mindset to understand customer needs and solution positioning.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Preferred / Nice to Have:- Internship or project experience in sales, consulting, or B2B marketing.
-Basic understanding of IT services, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation.- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM platforms.
-Willingness to work with global stakeholders and time zones. (ref:updazz.com)
