Corporate / Anchor Sales - B2B (Supply Chain Finance)Location: PuneExperience: 6-12 YearsIndustry: Banking / NBFC / FintechWork Schedule: 5.5 Days (1st & 2nd Saturday working)Relocation: Not AvailableRole SummaryWe are looking for a high-performing B2B Corporate / Anchor Sales professional with strong exposure to Supply Chain Finance. This is a revenue-driven role focused on acquiring corporate anchors, scaling SCF programs, and driving AUM growth. Candidates must come from Banking or NBFC backgrounds with proven B2B sales experience.Key Responsibilities- Acquire and onboard corporate anchor clients across sectors such as FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, etc.- Structure and scale anchor-led supply chain finance programs (Dealer/Distributor Finance, Invoice Discounting, PID).- Drive distributor and vendor onboarding and utilization.- Own the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, negotiation, closure, and scale-up.- Engage with CXOs, Finance Heads, and Supply Chain leaders.- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Audit, and Tech teams.- Track and manage pipeline, AUM growth, revenue, and conversions.KPIs- Anchor acquisition and activation- AUM / book size growth- Revenue contribution and yield- Program utilization and stabilityCandidate Profile- 6-12 years of experience in B2B Corporate / Anchor Sales- Mandatory background in Banking / NBFC / Fintech- Strong exposure to Supply Chain Finance / Working Capital solutions- Proven enterprise deal-closure experience- Experience working with corporates and MSMEs- Candidates from Personal Loan background are not suitable (ref:updazz.com)
