Job Title: Academic Marketing ManagerLocation: Malleshwarm, BangaloreReports to: Director - Admissions / Marketing HeadJob Summary:We re seeking an experienced Academic Marketing Manager for GM University which is located in Davangere, Karnataka. Will work from Malleshwaram, Bangalore Office. Marketing Manager should lead our marketing efforts for student admissions across India and abroad. You ll develop and execute strategies to drive student enrollment, build brand awareness, and foster partnerships with colleges and admission consultants.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for student admissions - Identify target audience, channels, and messaging for optimal reach2. Team Management: - Hire, train, and manage a team of marketing professionals - Set targets, monitor performance, and guide team for success3. Partnerships & Relations: - Build and nurture connections with colleges, universities, and admission consultants - Collaborate with partners to promote our programs and increase admissions4. Promotions & Campaigns: - Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) - Drive lead generation, conversions, and student enrollment5. Brand Building: - Enhance our brand presence in target markets (India and abroad) - Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels6. Data-Driven Decisions: - Track marketing metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategiesRequirements:- MBA / PGDM with 5 years of experience in academic marketing / admissions- Proven track record of driving student enrollments and marketing success- Strong network with colleges, universities, and admission consultants- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, etc.)Preferred:- Experience in EdTech / academic institutions- Strong presence in target markets (India and abroad)- Knowledge of admission trends and competitor insights (ref:updazz.com)
