Required Skills : Techno-Commercial Sales Expertise, B2B / Institutional Sales & Business Development, Technical Knowledge of Textiles, Negotiation & Relationship Management, Market Intelligence & Strategic SellingMandatory Criteria :- It s a sales profile so need a strong sales person from textile sector who can do the B2B / OEM / Institutional sales Here is the list of companies vertical wise to find the candidate - https://ittaindia.org/our-members/ Experience : 5 to 20 years in Technical Textiles or allied industrial textile sectors (Agri, Geo, Packaging, Automotive)- Proven experience in B2B / OEM / Institutional Sales within industrial or technical textiles-Strong techno-commercial acumen - ability to link product performance, costing, and customer application- Hands-on experience in pricing, proposals, negotiations, and margin management- Exposure to product development coordination with R&D, Production, and Quality teams- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills- Preferred experience in international business development (mandatory for export roles)- Knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape, and industrial textile applications- Prior work experience with technical textile / performance fabric manufacturers preferred- Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting abilities- Willingness to travel within India and overseas as per business requirements.Kindly Note : Salary bracket will vary according to the experience of the candidate - Salary range - 20LPA to 35 LPA.Open Position:Techno-Commercial Sales (Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM / GM)Need candidates from below Textile Verticals only:- Agri Textiles- Packaging Textiles- Geo Textiles- Automotive Textiles- As the Head of Technical Textile Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business across domestic and international markets. You will lead B2B and institutional sales initiatives within your assigned verticals, focusing on technical textiles. Your expertise in the technical textile industry will enable you to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and nurture long-term relationships with key customers.Lead B2B and Institutional Sales in Your Assigned Vertical :- You will be responsible for leading the sales efforts in a designated technical textile vertical, which may include areas such as Agri Textiles, Geo Textiles, Packaging Textiles, Automotive Textiles, or Industrial Textiles. Your primary goal will be to grow our customer base and achieve set sales targets within the assigned market segment.Identify and Onboard New Customers, Distributors, and OEMs :- You will actively seek out new business opportunities, targeting potential customers, distributors, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) both within domestic markets and in international export regions. You will use your strong network and market knowledge to expand our customer base and forge partnerships that will drive long-term growth.Offer Techno-Commercial Solutions :- In this role, you will be expected to offer comprehensive, tailored solutions to customers based on their specific application requirements. You will leverage your deep understanding of technical textiles to offer techno-commercial solutions that meet customer needs in areas such as product performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness. Your solutions will be driven by a thorough understanding of both the product capabilities and the commercial aspects.Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality Teams : - You will work closely with the internal teams, including Research & Development (R&D), Production, and Quality departments, to ensure that customer requirements are met. This includes coordinating trials, product samples, and custom developments. You will also be involved in guiding the product development process to ensure that solutions are both innovative and commercially viable.Manage Pricing, Proposals, and Negotiations :- You will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, drafting proposals, and engaging in negotiations with potential customers. This will require a solid understanding of product costing, margins, and overall profitability. You will ensure that pricing is competitive yet ensures profitability for the business. Your negotiation skills will be key in closing deals that align with both customer expectations and the company s goals.Track Market Trends and Competitor Movements- In this role, you will be expected to stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. This involves conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for growth.
