Executive - Business Development - BFSI (2-3 Yrs) Nagpur/Maharashtra (BFSI Sales)

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Full-Time | On-Roll Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and activate a high-performing team of insurance advisors.
-Drive sales and achieve monthly individual and team targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals and upselling.
-Plan and execute field activities to grow advisor network.
-Consistently follow up with prospects and advisors to maximize conversions.
-Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Graduation in any stream (Mandatory) - Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing - preferably in Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, or related sectors - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
-Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
