EF Polymer is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Marketing Manager to build and lead the company s marketing function across India and international markets. This role is perfect for someone who has successfully driven brand building in startups, ideally in agri-tech, sustainability, or impact sectors, and who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting the overall marketing vision and execution roadmap-across digital, offline, ATL/BTL, PR, content, and partner campaigns.- While you will be supported by agencies, a graphic designer, and ground teams, your role will be focused on strategy, planning, coordination, and quality control.
