Job Title: Telecaller - Used Car LoanJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Used Car Loan team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and assisting customers with loan applications for pre-owned vehicles. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of loans/finance, and the ability to convert leads into successful applications.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding used car loan products.- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, and process.- Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI options, and other terms clearly to customers.- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and follow-ups.- Collect and verify customer details, ensuring accuracy in documentation.- Coordinate with sales executives, dealers, and finance teams to facilitate loan approvals.- Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and update CRM systems.- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, conversions, and loan disbursements.Requirements:- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or loan/finance sector preferred.- Good communication skills in [local language Hindi/English].- Basic knowledge of banking/financial products (preferred).- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software is an added advantage.Salary & Benefits:- Fixed salary performance-based incentives.- Career growth opportunities within the finance and banking sector.- Training and support for product knowledge.
