The role requires solution-led selling to senior stakeholders within Banks, NBFCs, and large corporates.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales & Revenue Ownership- Drive end-to-end B2B sales for banking software and ETL-based data automation solutions- Own revenue targets and deal closures for enterprise accounts- Handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesClient & Stakeholder Engagement- Engage and present solutions to:- CIO / CTO / CFO- Head of IT / Data- Compliance Heads & Risk Heads- Company Secretaries- Conduct requirement discovery and solution positioning discussionsSolution & Product Understanding- Demonstrate working understanding of:- ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, loading)- Data automation and reporting workflows- Core Banking Systems and financial data flows- Translate technical capabilities into business and compliance outcomesSales Execution & Negotiation- Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and contract closures- Coordinate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teamsCRM & Forecasting- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in CRM- Provide regular updates on deal progress and revenue visibilityMandatory Skills & Experience- 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience (Banking / ETL / Data Automation / SaaS)- Proven hardcore sales background (direct selling, not channel-only)- Understanding of:- ETL & data automation concepts- Core banking and financial data environments- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills- Strong communication and client-handling skills- Structured, consultative sales approach- Ability to articulate product value to both technical and business audiencesEducationGraduate / Postgraduate in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field (ref:updazz.com)
