Role Overview: As a Wealth Manager at Portfellow, you will own client relationships end-to-end- understanding family goals, building portfolio strategy with internal leadership, and executing allocations across products. This role is ideal for someone who blends relationship depth withinvestment maturity and high client-service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Portfolio Analytics & Monitoring: - Assist in tracking performance across client portfolio mandates (MFs, AIFs, Bonds, PMS, Structured Products).
-Run reports on asset allocation, drawdowns, cash flows, and IRRs using internal dashboards and Excel models.
-Maintain investor-level reporting for bespoke mandates.
-Business Development Support: - Open up new business conversations via calls, LinkedIn, and warm referrals.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
-Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and onboarding documentation.
-Strategic Support to CEO: - Prepare briefing notes, market snapshots, and talking points ahead of key meetings.
-Coordinate calendars, travel, and events as needed.
-Work with discretion on confidential projects including investment pipelines and partnerships. Skills & Qualifications: - CA/ Master s degree in Finance, or related field.
-1-3 years of experience in financial services, investment advisory, or a start-up/VC environment.
-Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic financial modelling.
-Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
