About IFERP:IFERP is a global professional research organization that connects researchers, academicians, and industry experts through international conferences, publication support, and author services. We work with researchers across 40 countries and collaborate with universities and institutions worldwide.Role Overview:We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented B2C Sales Executive to drive conference registrations and author service sales through outbound and inbound calls. This role requires strong telephonic persuasion skills, professional English communication, and the ability to convert researcher inquiries into paid registrations.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to researchers who have submitted papers or shown interest in conferences- Convert leads into paid registrations for IFERP conferences- Pitch author services including publication support, indexing assistance, and related services- Handle international prospects across multiple time zones- Follow up consistently to close deals within deadlines- Maintain accurate CRM updates for calls, follow-ups, and conversions- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Maintain a high conversion ratio from lead - prospect - registrationRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience over the phone (mandatory)- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets- Excellent command over spoken English- No mother tongue influence; clear and neutral accent- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills- Confident in handling international clients- Immediate joiner preferredPreferred Skills:- International tele-sales experience- Experience in EdTech / Conference Sales / Academic Sales / Publication Services- Familiarity with CRM systems- Experience dealing with researchers or professional clientsKey Competencies:- Target-driven mindset- Strong follow-up discipline- High energy and resilience- Professional communication skills- Ability to build trust quickly over callsWhat We Offer:- Fixed salary Attractive performance incentives- High earning potential with uncapped commission- Exposure to international markets- Career growth into Senior Sales / Team Lead roles- Dynamic and fast-growing work environmentIf you are confident, persuasive, and driven by performance incentives - this role is for you.
