Bloom - Assistant Manager - Marketing (2-5 Yrs) Delhi (Online/Digital Marketing)

Key Responsibilities1). Social Media Management- Assist in planning and executing Bloom s social media strategy across platforms.- Schedule and publish posts while ensuring consistency with brand voice and visual identity.- Monitor platform performance and support reporting and insights.2). Content & Calendar Management- Maintain and manage the social media content calendar.- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content.- Ensure content alignment with marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.3). Influencer & Collaboration Management- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with relevant influencers and creators.- Manage outreach, negotiations, briefing, and execution of influencer collaborations.- Track campaign deliverables and ensure timely completion.4). Community & ORM Management- Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions across platforms.- Ensure timely responses and positive community engagement.- Escalate and assist in managing occasional high-priority ORM situations with professionalism and clarity.Requirements :1. 4-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.2. Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.3. Experience working with influencers and creator collaborations.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Strong organizational and calendar management skills.6. Ability to handle sensitive ORM or escalations professionally.7. Comfort working in a fast-paced marketing environment.Bonus Skills1. Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.2.
