Assistant Manager - Graphic Designing (3-5 Yrs) Bangalore (Content/Design)

Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and driven Graphic Designer - Assistant Manager with 3-4 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, excellent design skills, and the ability to manage projects and mentor junior designers. This role requires a blend of hands-on design work and leadership responsibilities, contributing to the development of compelling visual content across various platforms.Responsibilities:Design & Execution:- Conceptualize and create high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including but not limited to:1. Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations)2. Website and social media graphics3. Brand identity elements (logos, style guides)4. Advertising materials5. User interface (UI) elements- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.Team Leadership & Management : - Assist in the management and mentorship of junior graphic designers.- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members.- Help to streamline design workflows and processes.- Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and quality control.- Participate in design critiques and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.Collaboration & Communication :Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales.- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.- Communicate effectively with external vendors and partners.- Translate marketing and business objectives into effective visual designs.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.- Proven experience in managing design projects and mentoring junior designers.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.- Excellent portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
