Job Description
About the Role :- We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to act as the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams.
-In this role, you will manage client communication, coordinate digital campaigns, and ensure the smooth execution of social media and marketing initiatives.
-This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing multiple projects, and contributing to impactful digital campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.Key Responsibilities :Client Relationship Management :- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients and build strong professional relationships.- Understand client goals and translate them into clear digital marketing strategies and actionable plans.- Proactively manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.- Present campaign updates, performance reports, and strategy recommendations to clients.Campaign Planning & Execution :- Plan and execute digital-first campaigns across social media and online platforms.- Develop and manage content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Meta, and other social channels.- Coordinate with creative, media, and content teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.- Assist in developing campaign concepts, social media strategies, and creative ideas.Performance Tracking & Reporting :- Monitor campaign performance and track key digital marketing metrics.- Prepare campaign reports, insights, and performance analysis for clients and internal teams.- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.Project Coordination :- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.- Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure high-quality output for all client-facing materials.- Support senior team members in campaign planning and client strategy discussions.Requirements :- 1 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or social media management within a digital marketing agency.- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing techniques and concepts - Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
