We re looking for a Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector.JOB DESCRIPTIONTITLE : Digital & Marcom ManagerDEPARTMENT : Corporate Communications & MarketingREPORTS TO : Group Head - Marketing & Corporate CommunicationsOverview:Rosetta Hospitality is looking to hire a Digital & MarComm Manager to lead all creative development and campaign management across both online and offline platforms.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conceptualise, plan and execute campaigns that are both strategic and measurable, delivering clear and impactful results.This role requires someone who can confidently guide and manage agency partners, while closely tracking, monitoring and optimising their day-to-day deliverables to ensure consistency, quality and alignment with brand objectives.Candidates should bring a minimum of five years of relevant experience, along with a strong understanding of integrated marketing, creative processes and performance-driven campaign execution.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic communication plans across traditional and digital platforms.- Craft compelling brand messaging and content for brochures, flyers, print ads, and corporate materials.- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as events, exhibitions, roadshows, etc.- Outdoor advertising hoardings, banners, transit media, etc.- Liaise with creative agencies, web and SEO agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution.- Handle internal communication strategies and design corporate presentations.- Work in collaboration with the sales and revenue teams to ensure alignment on brand campaigns.- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and report performance metrics.Requirements:- Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.- Should have hospitality experience in writing creative briefs, digital marketing and content marketing.- Additionally, any experience in PR and events is welcome - Proven experience ( at least 5 years) in marketing communications across media channels.- Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and media planning.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content aesthetics.- Experience with event planning, vendor coordination, and budget management.Preferred Skills:- Exposure to digital marketing tools and analytics.- Experience in corporate communications and brand management.- Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.About Rosetta - Rosetta Hospitality is a luxury hospitality company founded in 2017 that creates ecologically sustainable resorts and experiences.
