ValetEZ - Area Sales Executive - HORECA/Hospitality Tech (0-4 Yrs) Mumbai/Pune (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Location: Mumbai/PuneDepartment: SalesRole Overview:We are looking for a HORECA Sales / Area Sales Executive to drive adoption of our tech platform across Hotels, Restaurants and Cafs in Mumbai or Pune . The role combines on-ground HORECA sales with product demos and account management for our technology solution.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, pitch and onboard hotels, restaurants and cafs in the assigned territory.- Conduct product demos of our tech platform, explain features and use cases to owners, GMs and F&B decision-makers.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for the region.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA accounts, ensuring regular usage and renewals.- Track funnel (leads, meetings, demos, closures) and update all activities in the CRM on a regular basis.- Gather market feedback, competitor insights and customer requirements and share with product and leadership teams.- Coordinate with onboarding / operations teams for smooth implementation and post-go-live support.Desired Profile:- 1-3 years of experience in HORECA / hospitality / F&B / SaaS / FMCG sales, preferably with exposure to hotels and restaurants.- Strong network or understanding of the Mumbai hospitality ecosystem.- Comfort with tech products - doing demos, using apps, basic analytics and CRM tools.- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.- Self-driven, target-oriented and willing to be on the field most of the time.Education:- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or hospitality/management background will be an added advantage.- Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:- Health insurance- Provident Fund- Work Location: In person (ref:updazz.com)
