Description :Skillset :Expert in excel, excel modeling, BA-work with business to identify right potential leads, will not talk to customers, will identify leads-do proper research about leads, generating new leads for company, clean/segregate existing lead-segregate them to right teams-which lead should be working under which business, BD kind of role.Data AnalyticsKey Responsibilities :Area What You Will Do :- Lead Identification Research and identify high-potential buyers and sellers using market research and data analysis.- Database Management Own the master database. Clean, update, and audit 50,000 user profiles. Remove duplicates. Ensure 100% data accuracy.- Lead Routing Analyze each lead and assign them to the correct business vertical (Plastics, Paints, Paper, etc.). Ensure the right lead goes to the right team.- Market Analysis Use Excel to build models that balance buyer demand with seller supply. Spot market gaps and opportunities.- Reporting Prepare clear reports and summaries for the CBO and sales teams on lead status, market trends, and actionable insights.Who You Are :- You have a researcher s mindset: You enjoy digging deep into data and finding opportunities.- You are an Excel expert: You love working with large datasets, pivot tables, and complex formulas. You can build models from scratch.- You are highly organized: You hate messy data and enjoy cleaning and structuring information.- You understand business: You know what makes a lead valuableeven though you never speak to customers directly.- You communicate well: You can present your findings clearly to the CBO and sales leaders.- [Bonus] You know Python: It is a plus if you can use Python to extract, clean, or analyze data faster.Role Overview : As a Sales Lead Generation (Back office)-Lead, you will be the engine driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, providing them with the crucial information they need to convert leads into valuable clients. Your efforts will directly impact the company s revenue growth by ensuring a steady stream of qualified prospects.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential B2B clients within target industries, ensuring alignment with our sales strategy.- Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria, ensuring only high-potential prospects are passed on to the sales team.- Utilize various online tools and databases to gather contact information and company insights, enriching the lead database.- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, enabling effective lead qualification.- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies, optimizing the process for maximum efficiency.- Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights to improve performance and ROI.- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough online research and identify relevant B2B prospects.- Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve lead generation strategies.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales automation tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.- Adaptable to an on-site work environment in Pune.
